Meet Dr. Jennifer ShellDr. Jennifer Shell is the newest addition to our team. Her specialties include Nutritional Response Testing otherwise known as NRT, as well as a variety of Chiropractic techniques which offer a range of physical benefits for all ages, including infants! Dr. Shell prides herself on providing a fun, pain free environment for everyone. Dr. Shell's Philosophy Her philosophy is that Prevention Is The Key, and children are the best examples of this philosophy. She states: "If a child is treated as they develop, they will grow up healthy and strong, & that's what we are all striving for isn't it?" Dr. Shell's School History and Chiropractic History Dr. Shell graduated from Michigan State University in 1997. She then continued her education in Lombard, Illinois where she attended Chiropractic school. Once Dr. Shell obtained her Doctorate she moved back to Michigan in 2001. Since then she has gathered experience in private practice which led her to the Alternative Health Care Center. She is excited to be a member of the Alternative Health Care Centers team, and displays great enthusiasm about being part of a practice that shares her same purpose, To Get People Well! Why Dr. Shell Pursued The Chiropractic Profession She states: " I always wanted to help people and knew that traditional medicine wasn't for me. I love that I can help the body heal with all natural methods which allow a person to thrive and live a healthy invigorating life. I believe that we should all be excited and thankful, that there is a method of treatment which gives us the opportunity to actually Be Well." Final Statement In closing she states this: " No matter what the condition ones is suffering from, inevitably it is up to the individual to pursue a life of health and happiness.
